Ensuring that your business is obtaining wireless services from your carriers in a cost effective manner is not a matter of negotiating a better rate plan discount. Nor is it leveraging one carrier against another to obtain the ‘best’ deal. True optimization of a complex, multi-carrier environment of any size (150 – 10,000 devices) requires access to the proper tools (software, databases of plans, custom software, etc), automation (electronic interface with carrier portals/APIs) and trained personnel. Few businesses have these tools as the emphasis is on other, more critical aspects of running the business.

How do we do this? After obtaining a Letter of Authorization and being named as an Authorized Order Placer for your carrier account(s), PTS will audit your mobility environment each month for each carrier, for each user. While rate plans, usage patterns, types of usage and other variables change constantly, PTS will optimize the environment and implement changes on your behalf (with approval) to deliver cost savings versus your current environment. Monthly reports, with granular detail on the changes implemented and resulting cost savings, are made available to the client through a web tool or on the PTS portal.
